Food is one of the biggest factors of lifestyle, because it’s how we nourish our qi, the energy responsible for digestion, vitality, and the body’s ability to stay balanced.
In chinese medicine seafood is one of the best proteins, especially when it comes to the brain, skin, and gut. It’s rich in omega-3s, naturally hydrating, and easier to digest than heavier proteins, making it ideal for maintaining steady energy without overloading the body. This dinner is creamy, cozy, made with all the ingredients meant to nourish, with coconut milk infused with ginger and turmeric, plus the antioxidants from spinach to give you that everlasting glow. Fiber for a happy gut comes from the veggies and purple rice, packed with whole grains.

Cut fish (1 ½ lb) into cubes then toss in some oil with garlic powder (1 tsp), paprika (1 tsp), salt and pepper.
Set to air fry at 400°F for 13 mins.
In the meantime, prep garlic (2 cloves), ginger (1 inch piece), and turmeric (½ inch piece) by grinding it all into a paste, then set to the side.
Cut zucchini (1) into bite size pieces
Set a deep pan that can hold sauce on medium heat and sautee the ginger, garlic and turmeric first for a few mins, then add curry paste (1 ½ Tbsp).
Let the paste also cook until fragrant, for just a few mins, then add in coconut milk (1 can).
Stir in the spinach (1 cup), then zucchini, and simmer for 5 mins.
Season with fish sauce (2 Tbsp) for saltiness.
Pour sauce on the air fryer fish and serve with purple rice. 🌾
