Ingredients: 2 fillets Black cod from Alaskan Salmon Company; 1.5 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili pepper paste); 1 Tbsp Honey; 1 Tbsp Sake; Sesame seeds; Scallions

Wash and dry the filets (2 fillets), season on both sides with salt and pepper. Set to the side, while you prep the sauce.

For the sauce, mix together the gochujang (1 ½ Tbsp), honey (1 Tbsp), and sake (1 Tbsp)

The sauce should be lightly spreadable, so add more sake if it’s too thick

Set the oven to broil in the meantime, and set the filets (2 fillets) on a an aluminum lined baking sheet

Cover the filets (2 fillets) in the gochujang sauce on all sides, except the skin

Place the fish under the broiler for 7-8 mins or until the internal temp is 145°F

Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions, and enjoy!
