Salted Honey Foam Latte

    Salt enhances sweetness and blocks bitterness — which makes it the perfect secret ingredient in this delicious latte. Here’s how to make your own salted honey foam latte.


    • 2 espresso shots (used Panther Coffee I got from my personalized coffee subscription - try Trade Coffee and get a free bag on me)

    • 1/2 cup oat milk

    • 1 tbsp Nature Nate’s honey

    • Pinch of flakey sea salt from Jacobsen Salt (sub with kosher salt if you don’t have any)


    • Start by extracting your espresso shots

    • Next, to a milk pitcher add in the milk, honey, and flakey sea salt

    • Heat and froth up the milk to your liking, then pour over the espresso

    • Top with a bit more sea salt and enjoy!
