Ginger has been used by many cultures for their medicinal properties. In Chinese Medicine, ginger is highly recommended during the winter, because the body is more susceptible to winter’s cold that can really alter the body’s energies. If the body accumulates to much cold, it can result in joint aches, intense period cramps, and more!
Here’s a really easy ginger tea that is commonly recommended to have on a daily basis during the winter. As always, all the herbal ingredients can be found here on my Amazon page.
