Medicinal Pear Smoothie for Clear Skin

Ingredients:
1 Korean or bosc pear
1 tbsp of goji berries
5-6 pieces of dried lily bulb
1/2 cup cold water
Instructions:
Soak the goji berries for 30 mins at least and quickly boil the dried lily bulb for 10 minutes until soft
In to a blender, add the pear, goji berries, and dried lily bulb with the 1/2 cup of water
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
